Pathfinder is the candidate portal for people working with NextPath. It is where you see every role you've applied to, where each application stands, and the tools that help you show up ready -- all in one place, on your own time.

It is part of NextPath Workforce Solutions, a staffing and recruiting firm. Pathfinder is a sub-brand: the same recruiters and the same clients, with a portal built around the candidate rather than the job order.
